| Our romantic, intimate & charming bed & breakfast offers individually decorated rooms in 5 unique houses. You can indulge in Jacuzzis & hot-tubs, snuggle in front of fireplaces, and luxuriate in your robes provided for your use while you have a full, hot breakfast delivered to the privacy of your room each day.* Down comforters, fluffy towels, and fresh flowers in the room each day also define the finer touches that you can expect in all our rooms. Kitchens/kitchenettes, minifridges, TVs/VCRs, telephones, clock radios, coffee makers, microwaves, air-conditioners, ceiling fans, may be found in many, if not all our rooms. All amenities are included in the price of your room. You can enjoy all this while still being a 3 block or 5 minute walk from Santa Barbara's main shopping, dining, & wining district (State Street) and a 20 minute walk (or a short shuttle ride from State Street) to the beach. ------------* A full, hot breakfast brought to the privacy of the room is for guests paying the regular room price. If the room is discounted, a full, or expanded continental, breakfast is delivered to the room. The guest also has the option, by notifying the Inn in advance and paying $10.00 per person or the difference between the discounted price and the regular price, whichever is less, of having the full, hot breakfast delivered to the privacy of the room.
